It is the duty of all parents, adults, and players involved in NACA volleyball to embody the proper Christian ideals of sportsmanship, ethical conduct and fair play. Adults and players are expected to respect the integrity and judgment of officials and coaches and to show courtesy to all other players and parents.
Parents and/or spectators who interfere with the conduct of competition or who violate any provisions of the code of conduct may be asked to leave the playing site, may be excluded from entering playing sites for the duration of the event, and may be prohibited from attending future events. A parent’s action may also jeopardize their child’s ability to continue to play for NACA.
I will insist my child treat other players, coaches, and officials with respect and show a positive attitude toward the game and all of its participants.
I will not taunt, threaten, or yell at any player, coach, official, league representative, and spectator.
I will refrain from coaching my child or other players during games and practices.
I understand that volleyball is a team sport and that the position my child plays is up to the coach’s discretion for the betterment of the team.
I accept responsibility to see that my child attends all practices and games, and communicates with the coaching staff when a circumstance prohibits attendance. I further understand that a lack of attendance or chronic tardiness will result in reduced game time and possible ineligibility.
I agree to pay all club fees in a timely manner.
I agree to follow the NACA modest apparel guidelines at all NACA events.
No form fitting (i.e. compression, spandex etc) shorts or tops unless worn under additional loose fitting apparel.
Shorts will have a minimum inseam of 4 ½ inches and should not be rolled at the waist or have writing on the back.
Sleeveless shirts may be worn as long as the armholes are small enough to cover under garments. No tank tops.
